Tredi Interiors — Architects’ Program

The Architect’s Complete
Italian Home.

A full-house technical partnership — from the kitchen to the master suite, from the entrance door to the outdoor terrace.

1Technical Partner

When an architect specifies Tredi Interiors, they are not selecting a showroom. They are acquiring a full-house technical partner — one that takes a complete set of construction documents and translates every cabinetry element, every door opening, every closet bay, and every bathroom vanity into factory-engineered Italian precision.

I

The Whole-Home
Coordination Advantage

One specification. Every room. Zero coordination gaps.

The most technically complex phase of any luxury residential project is the coordination between the cabinetry supplier, the GC, and the MEP trades. When the kitchen subcontractor doesn’t communicate with the closet supplier, and neither speaks to the bathroom vanity vendor, the result is costly field modifications, misaligned finishes, and a finished interior that lacks the cohesion your original design intent demanded.

Tredi Interiors eliminates this fragmentation entirely. We are one of the very few Italian design studios in California capable of specifying and installing every wood-based interior element of a residence from a single source — under a single contract, coordinated by a single project manager, and installed by a single factory-trained team.

“When a single partner coordinates all rooms, the finish palette stays coherent, the lead times are synchronized, and the installation sequence is managed with the same logic as a construction schedule — not as a series of disconnected deliveries.”

Our complete scope of supply covers: Italian kitchen systems including islands, boiserie wall panels, and concealed pantry zones — luxury bathroom vanities and freestanding tub surrounds — walk-in closets and built-in wardrobes — bedroom furniture systems and floating bed platforms — living room wall units, TV systems, and architectural room dividers — Italian interior doors in every operational typology — and outdoor kitchen systems designed to extend your interior architectural language to the terrace.

Room by Room —
What We Provide

01

Kitchen

The Kitchen —
The Technical Heart

The zone where architecture, engineering, and lifestyle intersect most intensely.

The Arrital kitchen system represents the highest expression of Italian industrial precision. For architects, the kitchen demands the most rigorous technical coordination — and it is where our shop-drawing discipline is most consequential.

We deliver: seamless CAD overlay with zero-tolerance engineering — integrated Boiserie wall paneling to conceal structural columns and frame architectural openings — Arrital’s Sipario pocket door system to visually dissolve the kitchen during formal entertaining — the Pass System connecting a cabinet run to a hidden pantry or butler’s kitchen — and Invisible Induction Cooking by Invisacook, a surface technology that conceals the cooking zone entirely within the countertop, preserving an uninterrupted worktop plane.

  • Fenix NTM® nanotech matte, carbon fiber laminates, anodized aluminum profiles
  • Heat-treated eucalyptus, hand-brushed oak, Piasentina stone, Sahara Noir
  • Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Gaggenau — flush-mount integration with pre-engineered ventilation
  • Lutron / Control4 compatible LED lighting systems, pre-wired
02

Bathroom

The Bathroom —
Italian Vanity Systems

Where material quality is experienced most intimately.

Tredi Interiors brings the same shop-drawing discipline to the bathroom that we apply to the kitchen. Our portfolio spans two primary Italian manufacturers: Arrital Bathrooms — whose MODO, LYMPHA, and MUST collections extend the kitchen’s finish language directly into the master bath — and Idea Group, one of Italy’s most respected bathroom furniture manufacturers, offering over a dozen collections from the architectural severity of Cubik and Dogma to the residential warmth of Dolce Vita and My Time.

For freestanding bath compositions as sculptural centerpieces, we supply Desenia by Progetto Habe — Italian-manufactured soaking tubs and architectural washbasins that function as primary design objects.

  • Vanity layout overlays with ADA clearances where specified
  • Mirror and LED lighting coordination aligned to the lighting designer’s CRI specification
  • Calacatta, Nero Marquina, and ultra-compact sintered stone countertop integration
  • Plumbing rough-in coordination for wall-mounted faucets and concealed flush valves
03

Closet & Wardrobe

The Closet —
Precision Storage as Architecture

A space clients tour, photograph, and remember.

The modern luxury closet has evolved from a utilitarian room into an architectural experience. Tredi Interiors specifies and installs two primary typologies: walk-in closets with hanging sections, internal drawers, shoe displays, island units with integrated lighting, and glass display cases — and built-in wardrobes with sliding door systems in aluminum profiles that align with the overall door language of the home.

We specify San Giacomo closet systems — one of Italy’s most technically sophisticated manufacturers — whose modular logic allows extraordinary flexibility within your architectural envelope. Wardrobe elevations are integrated directly into your interior elevation set, with finish coordination ensuring continuity with the room’s boiserie or headboard wall.

  • Closet elevations formatted for your interior elevation package
  • Internal LED strip coordination with electrical rough-in
  • Finish continuity between wardrobe doors and room boiserie
04

Bedroom

The Bedroom —
Furniture as Composition

A composed wall — not a collection of objects.

The Italian bedroom system is a composed wall: a headboard panel flanked by night-stand volumes, topped by wall-hung shelving, articulated by a lighting layer, and grounded by a floating bed platform that appears to defy gravity. Night-stand depth and height are specified to align with the bed’s headboard panel and the room’s window sill height. Modern wood slat systems — horizontal or vertical timber boiserie in oak, walnut, and heat-treated woods — create a textured accent wall that anchors the composition without requiring a structural intervention.

  • Floating bed frames with concealed structural legs — profile aligned to baseboard-free skirting
  • Wall-mounted or floor-standing night stands and dressers
  • Architectural mirror compositions as designed elements
  • Open/closed joint wood slat profiles in multiple timber species
05

Living Room

The Living Room —
The Architectural Plane

A unified wall that organizes, conceals, and presents.

Feeling Home by Arrital — a modular wall system using the same door profiles and finish materials as the Arrital kitchen, making finish coordination between the two rooms natural rather than effortful. Space Dividers — double-sided bookcase and storage modules that define zones within an open floor plan without requiring a structural wall, providing acoustic attenuation and visual privacy. Contemporary TV units with concealed cable management, bookcases, and architectural sideboards in lacquer, natural wood, or metal-accented finishes that anchor a room compositionally.

  • Feeling Home modular system — finish-matched to kitchen specification
  • Space dividers replacing partition walls in open-plan ground floors
  • Floating media consoles with integrated cable management
  • Statement sideboards as visual counterweight to glazed elevations
06

Interior Doors

Italian Interior Doors —
The Architecture of Transition

No element reveals specification quality more immediately.

A flush door with no visible frame, a magnetic latch that closes with zero mechanical effort, a full-height 2.8-meter panel that sweeps from finished floor to structural ceiling — these are the details that communicate architectural intention to every person who enters the home.

Our door portfolio covers every operational typology: Frameless Doors that disappear into the wall plane — Coplanar Swing Doors for enfilades and rooms where the door arc conflicts with furniture — Pocket Doors sliding entirely into the wall cavity — Barn Doors in lacquered glass, wood veneer, or metal-faced panels — Glazed Doors to borrow light and maintain visual connectivity. All door systems are available at full slab height, eliminating the transom condition that compromises ceiling continuity.

  • Complete rough-opening schedules formatted for the framing contractor
  • Hardware: magnetic latches, concealed hinges, flush pulls, soft-close dampers
  • Finish continuity between door panels and adjacent cabinetry
  • Full slab height available — no transom light, no ceiling discontinuity
07

Outdoor Kitchen

The Outdoor Kitchen —
The Architecture Beyond the Glass

Extending the interior language to the terrace — engineered for the California climate.

In Desert Modern estates, the outdoor room carries the same programmatic weight as the living room. Tredi Interiors brings the same Italian design philosophy to the outdoor kitchen through Via Nolfi and Zoe — two Italian collections engineered with stainless steel structural cores and weather-resistant surfaces that withstand UV radiation, thermal cycling, and the climatic extremes of the Coachella Valley. The finish palette can be specified to echo the interior kitchen’s material language — visual continuity through the glass that confirms the architectural coherence of the whole house.

  • UV-stable and thermally certified exterior finishes
  • Stainless steel structural cores — engineering for desert thermal cycling
  • Finish coordination with interior kitchen for visual continuity
  • Available for Silicon Valley covered outdoor living spaces
IV

The Direct Import
Advantage

Removing the margin layer without removing the quality.

The most common reason architects avoid specifying Italian cabinetry for mid-budget projects is the price assumption. That assumption is wrong. Tredi Interiors operates as a direct importer and authorized dealer — not as an intermediary. By removing the traditional importer-distributor layer from the supply chain, we pass a savings of 20 to 30 percent directly to the project. The same Arrital kitchen that costs $180,000 through a multi-tier distribution network is accessible through Tredi at a price point that makes the Italian specification viable for a much broader range of project budgets.

This is not a compromise of quality. It is a restructuring of the supply chain that benefits the architect, the client, and the project.

“When a project is over-budget, we do not present a list of cuts. We analyze your CAD plan and identify alternative Arrital finishes or configurations that preserve the visual intent of the design while achieving the financial target. This is design intelligence, not negotiation.”

V

The Multi-Unit Division —
Excellence at Scale

Italian quality at developer scale — consistency without compromise.

The Unit Matrix

Structured Finish Menus

We create 2 to 3 pre-approved finish packages for your development — for example, “The Bay Palette” and “The Peninsula Palette” — that buyers select from. Each package is fully specified and priced in advance, eliminating the variability that creates budget uncertainty in multi-unit projects.

Staged Delivery

Synchronized Scheduling

Our logistics team coordinates delivery sequences aligned with your GC’s floor-by-floor installation schedule. We never deliver a floor’s worth of cabinetry before the preceding floor is ready to install — a project management commitment, not just a logistics preference.

Factory Scale

Locked Pricing at Design Phase

Arrital operates one of the largest production facilities in Northeastern Italy. For multi-unit projects, we leverage the factory’s high-capacity scheduling to lock in pricing at the design phase, protecting your developer clients against material cost escalation and import duty changes.

On-Site Management

Dedicated Site Supervisor

For projects of 20 units or more, we assign a dedicated site supervisor whose sole responsibility is ensuring that every installation matches the approved model unit. The penthouse receives the same precision as the first completed unit.

VI

The Field Coordination
Protocol

Precision from rough-in to final polish.

Pre-Construction Site Survey

Before any product is ordered from Italy, our project manager conducts a formal site measurement visit. We cross-reference the physical framing against your CAD documents and flag every deviation — an out-of-plumb wall, a relocated HVAC duct, a structural beam that encroaches on a cabinet run — before it becomes a day-of-installation problem.

MEP Trade Coordination

We meet with your plumbing and electrical subcontractors on-site and walk them through the precise rough-in requirements for every Arrital system. We provide connection maps — exact locations for gas lines, water supply, drain rough-ins, high-voltage dedicated circuits, and low-voltage LED driver locations — room by room, formatted for the specific trade.

The White-Glove Installation

Our installation teams are permanent Tredi employees trained in the specific hardware systems, leveling tolerances, and finish-handling requirements of Italian cabinetry. They understand that a luxury lacquered panel requires a different level of site protection than a standard cabinet. They align every gap, every hinge, and every LED strip to the millimeter — because that millimeter is what separates a showroom-quality installation from a field installation.

A Specification Palette
Calibrated for California

Two regions. Two distinct architectural languages. One source of Italian precision.

Silicon Valley — Bay Area

Technology,
Precision,
Performance

In Palo Alto, Los Altos, Atherton, and Cupertino, the dominant register is high-performance minimalism. Surfaces are matte. Geometry is rectilinear and unrelieved. Materials are specified for their technical properties as much as their visual properties. We recommend Fenix NTM® matte surfaces with anti-fingerprint micro-texture — anodized aluminum profiles in natural, dark bronze, or blackened finishes — laser-edged laminates with zero visible edge banding — Dekton, Laminam, and sintered materials for professional-grade countertop performance — and smart-home-ready LED systems pre-wired for Lutron or Control4.

Palm Springs — Coachella Valley

Desert Modern,
Indoor–Outdoor,
Material Warmth

In Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, and La Quinta, the dominant register is Desert Modern — a synthesis of mid-century spatial logic, natural material warmth, and the specific color temperature of the Coachella Valley light. We recommend heat-treated eucalyptus and brushed oak veneers that age gracefully under desert UV — UV-stable matte lacquers from Arrital’s tested exterior-facing finish range — Travertine, Breccia Capraia, and Sahara Noir countertops that absorb the desert palette — 2700K warm-tone LEDs to complement south-facing desert glazing — and outdoor kitchen finishes specified for thermal cycling between cool desert nights and 115°F summer afternoons.

VIII

Sustainability &
California Code Compliance

European manufacturing standards that exceed California’s own requirements.

I

CARB2 Compliant

All Arrital cabinet structures are manufactured with low-VOC adhesives and substrate materials that meet or exceed California’s CARB Phase 2 formaldehyde emission standards. This is a manufacturing baseline, not a marketing certification.

II

Circular Economy

Arrital uses 100% recycled wood particleboard for all cabinet carcasses, sourced through a certified circular supply chain in Northeastern Italy. For LEED or Living Building Challenge projects, this is a material credit that contributes to certification thresholds.

III

European Energy Standards

Arrital’s production facility operates under European energy efficiency directives substantially more stringent than equivalent US standards. We provide full material transparency documentation for sustainability credentials.

IX

The Architect’s Program —
Services for the Design Professional

Structured to reduce the friction of Italian specification for professional design offices.

Dedicated Architect Liaison

Every architectural firm that partners with Tredi Interiors is assigned a Project Manager who is not a salesperson. This person reads CAD, understands structural loads, knows the difference between a Section and a Detail, and can answer a technical question about Arrital’s hanging rail system without making a phone call.

Shop Drawing Ownership

We assume technical liability for every shop drawing we produce. If our drawings are wrong and the cabinetry doesn’t fit, we resolve it at our cost, not yours. This is the most consequential service commitment we make to the architectural profession.

Specification Library

We provide master specification sections, material data sheets, and product photographs in the formats your studio requires — formatted for your project binder, your client presentation, and your permit application.

Continuing Education (CEU)

We offer lunch-and-learn sessions for architectural firms covering Italian material science, the technical evolution of European cabinetry systems, sustainable specification strategies, and the practical application of Italian design principles in the California residential market. Sessions qualify for AIA Continuing Education credit.

Preferred Project Pricing

Architectural practices that specify Tredi Interiors across multiple projects access our preferred pricing structure, which reflects the volume and predictability that ongoing partnerships create at the factory level.

The most coherent luxury interiors in California are those where the architect, the manufacturer, and the installer share a single vision from the first CAD file to the final punch-list walkthrough. Tredi Interiors provides that coherence — across the kitchen, the bathrooms, the closets, the bedrooms, the living areas, the doors, and the outdoor spaces.

We invite you to bring your current work-in-progress to our showrooms. Present your floor plans. Walk us through your material palette. Let us show you how we translate architectural vision into Italian precision — room by room, finish by finish, to the millimeter.
