This is not just another kitchen LED fixture. MICY represents the pinnacle of European lighting innovation, designed for the most refined interiors where every detail matters.Let’s discover Our Best Under-Cabinet LED Light — MICY by Domus: The Ultimate Kitchen Lighting Experience
Why Under-Cabinet Lighting Matters in Modern Kitchens
Under-cabinet LED lights play a crucial role in high-end kitchen design. Beyond their aesthetic value, they provide task lighting for food preparation, ambient lighting for a cozy evening mood, and accent lighting to elevate countertop materials and backsplash finishes.
Modern Italian kitchens — such as Arrital and Idea Group installations — often feature minimalist lines, handle-less fronts, and matte surfaces that deserve to be illuminated with precision. MICY’s totally built-in and flush designintegrates seamlessly under cabinets, creating a clean, architectural look with no visible fixtures or glare.
MICY by Domus — Italian Precision in Lighting
MICY is engineered and manufactured by Domus Line, one of the most respected Italian brands in architectural lighting. Known worldwide for its excellence in under-cabinet LED technology, Domus has set a new standard for lighting quality, energy efficiency, and design integration.
At Tredi Interiors, we specify MICY for clients who expect perfection — both visually and technically.
Key Features of the MICY Under-Cabinet LED:
- Switchable Color Temperature — 3000K / 4000K
With one simple touch, you can adjust between a warm 3000K light (for a cozy evening atmosphere) and a cooler 4000K daylight tone (ideal for cooking or cleaning). This flexibility lets you adapt the lighting to your mood, activity, or time of day. - Integrated Dimmer Control
The MICY system includes a built-in dimmer, allowing you to fine-tune the brightness with precision. From soft ambient lighting to bright task illumination, every level is instantly available. - Touch Button Activation
Designed for modern convenience, the integrated touch-sensitive button eliminates the need for visible switches or wall dimmers. Simply tap under the cabinet to control your light. - Completely Built-In and Flush
MICY sits perfectly flush with the cabinet bottom — no protrusions, no visible hardware, just pure minimalism. It aligns with the same design philosophy that defines Italian cabinetry: beauty through simplicity. - High Efficiency and Longevity
Engineered with premium Domus LED chips, MICY offers excellent color rendering (CRI >90), low energy consumption, and long-term reliability. This means consistent color tone and brightness for years of daily use. - Made in Italy — Built for Design Integration
Every MICY module is manufactured in Italy using precision extruded aluminum, ensuring proper heat dissipation and exceptional durability.
Design Harmony and Functionality
The under-cabinet LED light is more than a functional accessory; it’s an architectural element. MICY’s linear diffusion ensures uniform lighting across the countertop surface, with no shadows or hotspots — a key advantage for modern kitchens featuring large porcelain or quartz worktops.
When combined with Arrital or IdeaGroup cabinetry, MICY completes the visual continuity between surfaces, highlighting materials such as matte lacquer, Fenix materials, ceramic, or natural wood veneer.
The result is a kitchen ambiance that feels luxurious, warm, and technologically advanced exactly the type of environment Tredi Interiors is known for designing.
Choosing Between 3000K and 4000K
Many homeowners wonder which color temperature to use. MICY eliminates the dilemma by offering both:
- 3000K — Warm White:
Perfect for intimate evenings, entertaining guests, or creating a relaxed dining ambiance. It enhances wood tones, bronze accents, and warm stone finishes. - 4000K — Neutral White:
Ideal for daytime use or food preparation. It provides crisp, clean light that enhances modern lacquered or Fenix finishes without distorting colors.
The ability to switch between the two lets you customize the kitchen’s lighting atmosphere instantly — one of the key reasons designers and homeowners love MICY.
Under-Cabinet LEDs that Redefine Countertop Lighting
The MICY system transforms how your countertop lighting functions. It’s not just about brightness — it’s about precision illumination that enhances every surface.
Whether you’re cutting vegetables, setting a table, or enjoying a late-night snack, MICY provides the perfect balance of practicality and emotion.
And because it’s completely integrated, MICY preserves the sleek, uninterrupted lines of your kitchen design no dangling wires, visible bars, or clunky fixtures. Just pure, refined light.
